BACKGROUND
As we enter the realms of high frequencies and able to access and create with our Super Conscious it becomes incredibly important to remember the nature of energy.
And of how it functions in our lives.
Energy is all around us, in us, it is us
DIRECTING ENERGY
And we can interact with it in 3 main ways:
Firstly, we can allow the energy in our lives to direct itself
Not a good idea, because it is random and not coherent.
The outcome is chaos and we are at the effect of it.
Secondly, it can be directed by others. Other people in our life.
Also not a good idea, because they may have agendas that only suit them and are not in our best interest.
Thirdly, we can choose to step up and CONSCIOUSLY direct it for ourselves.
Taking ultimate responsibility and becoming conscious creators of our life/reality.
THE POWER OF OUR BRAIN
In our body we are now aware enough to know that our genetics and DNA are actually determined by the brain and our mind.
And very little by what we “inherit” that used to be the popular scientific belief.
And so there can be two people experiencing exactly the same event, yet the choice they make of how to see and interpret such event in their brain, determines the blood chemistry and what effect is created in the cells of the body and DNA.
It is TOTALLY determined by the interpretation our brain gives.
That is the immense power of the brain!
Our body responds not to the outside but what our brain decides.
CHOICE
So we have choice.
To be aware of the power of the brain and actively master of it.
Consciously determine what we think and how the brain interprets it.
Such as the example of how we can direct our brain to think of something as exciting instead of scary because it has the same energy in the brain.
We just have to direct the meaning of it and consciously direct the energy and pathway of the brain.
AWAKENING OUR COSMIC DNA
With us being able to access our Super Conscious we are also able to activate through our brain ancient cosmic DNA.
Some call it our Guardian dragon (DNA) that can now be awakened.
An energy that can assist us to stay more grounded and connected to our Super Conscious.
Helping our brain and body to stay in the frequency of safety, calm, ease.
And how?
Simply by choosing to do so and directing our brain to activate this ancient Cosmic DNA.
Yes, a simple directed intention.
UNSTABLE EARTH & OTHER ENERGIES
We are in the grips of very unstable earth and planetary energies evidenced by hurricanes, earth quakes etc.
One of the greatest contribution you can be - to our own life and to our beautiful Earth and our planet- is to activate your Ancient DNA
Visualise it as a huge column of Light in the cells of your body that is stable and safe, filled with calm and anchored in the Heart Frequency.
